SHIPPING POLICY

We offer worldwide shipping. All prints are carefully rolled and placed in cardboard postal tubes to ensure their safe delivery.
Shipment Processing Times
​
All fine art prints are produced to order and can typically take up to 14 business days to produce before shipping. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Please note that from early November to mid-January, the production times may increase due to the holiday season. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery time depends on your location and can take anywhere from 4 to 13 business days.

Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
​
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Luvlee Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages
Luvlee Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We accept returns of all unopened items minus any shipping fees. We will remiburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized (custom orders)
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
